On Friday, 28 April, in the gardens of the Loterie de l'Etat Haitien (LEH) in Pacot, which is celebrating its 90th anniversary, an awards ceremony was held for the 9 winners of the first LOTO 90 draw held on Sunday, April 23rd. During this ceremony Jean Borel Marcelin (South) the winner of the Big Lot, received a check of 1 million Gourdes.
