iciHaiti - Music : Departure to Belgium of the winners of the Plateau Jeunes Talents project
The four selected winners of the Plateau Jeunes Talents 2016 project https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-19442-haiti-music-launch-of-training-workshops-for-the-plateau-jeunes-talent-project.html accompanied by "Ayiti Mizik La" and the Belgian Association "Talia asbl" will leave Haiti to Belgium on Thursday 29 June.

For the past two years, in collaboration with "Talia absl", a series of workshops took place at "Kay Mizik La" around text writing, vocal, scenic and musical coaching and live sound techniques. Each time, ten beneficiaries were pre-selected by the two associations, of which four candidates were chosen to receive complementary training scholarships in Belgium : Coralie Hérard and Joël Pierrevil, singers, Samora Julmisse Cynthia, keyboardist and René Pierre Edouard, soundman.

The Plateau Jeunes Talents is supported financially by Wallonie Bruxelles International (WBI), within the framework of the bilateral cooperation program between Haiti and the Governments of Wallonia and the Wallonia-Brussels Federation. The Plateau Jeunes Talents project, scheduled over three years, includes a final series of workshops for the end of 2017.
