He explained that at the meeting in Port-au-Prince, the CONATEL had agreed to sign a new protocol, which included the creation of a working group and a study that would serve as a mapping of the origin of emissions, in rder to take regulatory measures relating to the calibration of equipment, transmitters and the orientation of radio frequency antennas.
