The Haitian Football Federation (FHF) congratulates the Racing Football Club of Gonaïves (RFC) for once again qualifying for a National Championship final (men's D1) confirming its rank as one of the best clubs in the country. Congratulations also to AS Capoise (ASC), who, despite a disastrous first half of the season, was able to improve its rankings to finish the season in "cannon balls" embarking on the track of a national title 20 years after the last brilliantly won in 1997.

The FHF recalls that in its determination to make the game clean, it will not hesitate, to apply the sanctions provided for in the rules of the championship and in the FIFA/FHF disciplinary code that may even make the title vacant, to be canceled or to a subtraction of points for the coming season. The Federation invites the two protagonists to be of a total correction for the protection of the game.

The Federation invites the fans of these two great clubs to be part of this double celebration which must be an apotheosis and the beginning of the return to sportiness and Fair Play which will add to the glory of these two titans of football and of Haitian sport. With the state authorities a whole planning regarding the security was made to dissuade all those who would like to use football for their personal agenda.
