The Ministry of National Education informs the general public and the university community in particular that Professor Délide Joseph has been selected to occupy the position of Rector of the ublic University of the North in Cap-Haïtien (UNPCH).

Following the process of analysis of the files submitted, pre-selection and interviews, and taking into account the academic and professional profiles, Dr. Joseph obtained the highest score according to the report of the Recruitment Committee.

The Ministry invites the academic and administrative staff and students of this University to give full and complete cooperation in the accomplishment of his tasks.
