Conseillant Julbert, a new Police Commissioner was installed in Petit-Goâve, replacing Commissioner Zamor John Joseph.

In his first statements, the new head of Petit-Goâve police station solicited the cooperation of everyone "As part of my mission to serve and protect, I will put myself at the service of the population by fighting against banditry . The thugs will be put out of harm's way."

It should be noted that this installation was carried out in the absence of Commissioner Zamor who was in Port-au-Prince and who had not been informed of the date of this installation. Commissioner Zamor apologized to the people of Petit-Goâve for his absence.
