The Steering Committee of the General Sectoral States of the Nation (EGSN) met this week with representatives of institutions working in the field of vocational training. This sensitization and information meeting enabled the Committee to shed some light on concerns regarding the progress of the Estates General and to gather the suggestions of the actors involved in professional training in order to better adjust its methodology.

The participants pleaded for the promotion of small trades and the strengthening of training centers. Questions concerning the functioning of the National Institute of Vocational Training (INFP), the validation of the acquired experience, the setting up of a technical baccalaureate, the depoliticization of the education system were discussed.

During this preparatory meeting, documents related to the realization of the Estates General, such as the organization guide of the EGSN, flyers, fact sheet, were distributed to the participants.
