20 postulants, all Haitian girls residing in the United States, competed in 4 categories. 16 of them were able to reach the final, 4 have been selected for the Miss International Pageant contest which will take place on July 27 and 28, 2018 in Charleston, West Virginia. They are Katia Hughley (Cap-Haitian) category "Miss", Modoline Alténor (Jérémie) category "Mrs", Yssaina Nelson (Port-au-Prince) category "Miss Teen" and Sandra Love (Jacmel) "Miss Ambassador".

They will be supervised throughout the preparation process by the franchise led for 6 years by Miss Haiti International Pageant 2012, Hermanie Pierre
