iciHaiti - DR : Migratory control on farms, 312 Haitians deported to Haiti

Wednesday, the Directorate General of Migration (DGM) launched simultaneous migration control operations in the border province of Dajabón.
The teams of officers, inspectors and supervisors of the DGM supported by members of the Dominican Army belonging to the 10th Infantry Battalion and the Specialized Corps of Border Security (CESFRONT), controlled 576 Haitian men women and children near the border, on farms, on roads and at bus terminals.
After verification, 312 Haitians in an irregular migration situation were transported to the CESFRONT shelters to be registered before being deported to Haiti.
