Saturday at the Faculty of Law, Economic Sciences and Management of Cap-Haïtien, the League of Haitian Jurists for the Promotion and Defense of Human Rights celebrated its first anniversary since its official launch on June 23, 2017.

With its motto "Promote, train and defend", more than ever the league is committed to supporting all those whose respect for human rights is felt. The league takes the opportunity to urge the Haitian state to respect and protect human rights, stressing that there are too many social inequalities, too much injustice, too much misery and too much impunity in Haiti.
