It was for the Minister Cadet, to attract the attention of society so that it is a better look at this group of people, who have enormous capacity and potential despite their disability. The Minister took the opportunity to reiterate his willingness to accompany these vulnerable young people to enable them to progress in their studies and realize their dream. He recalled that the Ministry had engaged in 2017 two young people with special needs and paid the tuition fees of all the candidates with disabilities who had passed their studies during the last state examinations and promised to continue in this way.
