The first roll call was attended by 107 deputies. This represents the record of presence in the lower house for the 2018 legislative year. Following the unanimous adoption of the agenda, the session began with the reading of a responsive correspondence from the Superior Court of Accounts and Administrative Litigation (CSC / CA) attesting that 4 of the five 5 new ministers integrating the government Jack Guy Lafontant, did not have discharge for have been authorizing officers of the public funds https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-24812-haiti-flash-4-illegal-ministers-in-the-lafontant-government.html
