On Saturday, October 31, 2026, around 2:00 a.m., terrorists launched a new attack in Bési, in the commune of Arcahaie. Several special police units, including the Departmental Operation and Intervention Brigade (BOID) and the Intervention and Public Order Maintenance Corps (CIMO), responded immediately.

This latest attack follows an operation conducted by the Haitian National Police (PNH) on Thursday, October 29, in the same area, during which approximately 20 terrorists were fatally wounded—including a gang leader known as "Galaxy" and several others were injured in the ensuing clashes. According to eyewitness accounts, a number of terrorists fled following the death of their leader. Local sources suggest that kamikaze drones played a key role in that operation.

The National Police are maintaining their positions in the commune of Arcahaie and remain mobilized to continue operations against the terrorist gangs, with a firm commitment to upholding order and security in the threatened areas.
