Friday President Jovenel Moïse accompanied by the Engineer Fritz Caillot, the Minister of Public Works, the South-East Senator Joseph Lambert and several authorities of the South-East Department visited the site of the section Lavano / Lamontay, to see work progress.

Less than 6 months after the General Direction of the TPTC Southeast received its heavy equipment, great progress has already been made in the earthworks, paving and channeling on this axis that will allow the inhabitants of Lavano , Lamontay, Basen Ble, Benè and several other localities to enter the city of Jacmel with more ease.

The Head of State also visit part of the Goch River, to see the work to be done to improve the living conditions of the population, especially that of farmers.
