Regarding the transfer of funds, Chatelier said that 120,000 mothers across the country will be affected by this operation which will be spread over 4 periods of the year stating "Each mother will receive 1,000 gourdes on each transfer. "

For food aid, he said FAES plans to set up 775 community restaurants across the country to allow the population to feed for a mere 10 gourdes per hot dish. He confirmed that for the moment more than 400 restaurants are already in operation in 6 departments of the country including 122 in the West.

In addition, he informed that in the framework of the "Kore Etidyan" approximately 35,000 students will receive a monthly amount of 2,000 gourdes for 10 months from the month of October, saying that the final touches are being done in order to start this operation.
