This decision was published Monday, August 6 in the official journal "Le Moniteur" No. 138.

Text of the Presidential Order :

"In regard to articles 133, 136, 137, 155, 157, 159, 160 and 163 of Constitution;

Considering the resignation of the Government;

ORDER

Article 1 - Citizen Jean Henry CEANT is appointed Prime Minister.

Article 2. A certified copy of this Order will be issued to the person concerned.

Article 3. Article3.- This Order will be printed, published and executed for the purposes of law.
