iciHaiti - Centre : Launch of a construction/rehabilitation project of 9.5 km of road

On August 10, in the communes of Thomonde and Hinche (Centre), Minujusth proceeded to the launch of a construction/rehabilitation project of 9.5 km of road connecting the localities of Cerca-Lamecette-Bois-Caiman-Bentourible, including the installation of water points and solar street lights.
Implemented with the local organization the National Union of Haitian Social Organizations (UNOSH), the project is part of the Mission's community violence reduction program. It will improve the level and quality of life of more than 7,000 citizens in terms of security, justice, socio-economic, health and environmental issues.
