On August 10 in the gardens of the police station of Les Cayes, was held the closing of the 2nd edition of the summer camp of the Departmental South of the National Police of Haiti (DDS/PNH) realized this year around the theme "PNH ap ankadre Timoun yo pou you demen miyò".

From July 16 to August 10, 80 (38 girls and 42 boys) from all social strata of the city of Les Cayes and the surrounding area received training on, among others: the right of the child, the juvenile delinquency, the practice sport, civility, etiquette, floral art, dance, theater...

They also made excursions through other communes of the department including Camp-Perrin by visiting Bananier catch, Saut Mathurine...

Recall that the camp was animated by police officers and young academics of the city with the support of the NGO Terre des Hommes.
