iciHaiti - Justice : Soon inauguration of a human rights documentation center

On the sidelines of a visit by diplomacy and international affairs students from the Center for Diplomatic and International Studies (CEDI) to the Office for the Protection of the Citizen (OPC), Me enan Hédouville the Protector of the Citizen announced the soon inauguration of a human rights documentation center with a cafeteria and the organization of the second edition of the human rights text competition.

This center will aim to support students, human rights organizations in their research and memory work. Because, according to Me Hédouville, to arrive at the development of the country, it is necessary to lay down bases with regard to the respect of human rights. "No diplomacy, no peace, no international relations can exists without scrupulous respect for human rights" while recognizing that the challenges to enforce citizens' rights are enormous.
