In a note, the Ministry of Agriculture, informs the agricultural sector in particular the farmers of the department of Artibonite that it does not recognize the installation, in the absence of its representatives, of the engineer-agronomist Fresnel Stephen, as new Departmental Agricultural Director ai of the Artibonite, whose installation ceremony took place on August 30 at the Gonaïves town hall, by Deputy Mayor Excellent Joseph.

The Ministry of Agriculture reminds those concerned that it is the only entity with the prerogative to proceed with the installation of its representatives in the deconcentrated structures.

Also, the hich management of the Ministry informs the agricultural sector that this installation is illegal and hopes that such situations will not happen again.
