On September 8 at the Hôtel Royal Decameron, on the Côte des Arcadins, after several months of competition, the jury composed of Magaly Pelissier, Angelica Valentin, Genesis Davila, Francois Marcelin, Gael Jean-Louis, Emmanuela Adelson and Anaika Gaspar, after deliberation, crowned Stephy Morency (26) as Miss World Haiti 2018 among the 6 finalists (Stephy Morency, Mideline Phelizor, Shedly January, Marcela Salcedo, Phajaldy Gelin and Lovely Bazile).

Mideline Phelizor was elected First Dauphine and Shedly January 2nd Dauphine

Stephy Morency will represent Haiti next December at the 68th edition of Miss World to be held in the People's Republic of China.

The two Dauphines will participate in various international competitions that will be unveiled to the public soon according to the organizer.
