The Deputy Mayor of Cap-Haïtien, Yvrose Pierre participates in Mexico from September 11 to 13 at the LATAM Congress of "Smart City Expo", a platform that brings together representatives of cities, institutions, organizations of society and businesses to identify common challenges and present solutions for better urban planning.

Wednesday, Yvrose Pierre with Manuel Redondo President of Fira Barcelona Mexico City and Guy Lamothe, the Ambassador of Haiti to Mexico participated in a special meeting at the "Smart Latam Alliance" booth in the Expo area around the preparation of 350 years of the city of Cap-Haïtien.
