iciHaiti - Security : An altercation between police officers makes 3 victims

On the night of September 15, at Muller Avenue, an altercation broke out between two officers of the National Police of Haiti (PNH), which resulted in the deaths of three people including two police officers and a civilian.
The Office of the Secretary of State for Public Security (BSESP) "expresses its sympathies to the relatives of the victims and takes the opportunity to ask the police officers to have greater self-control and develop a better esprit de corps."
Moreover the office brings "a denial to the versions circulating on the social networks and certifies that diligence was made for a responsible management of the drama."
