Monday, Fednel Montchery, the Director General of the Ministry of the Interior and Territorial Communities MICT, met the technicians in charge of the management of the building of the Ministry located at the corner of the streets Monseigneur Guilloux and of Casernes. At this meeting, which brought together some 40 technicians, ranging from elevator operators, electricians, surveillance officers via cameras to security guards, among others, the working conditions of the maintenance staff were also discussed, whose some of whom work nearly 12 hours a day and provide night service. At the end of the meeting, a Committee was set up to ensure the necessary follow-ups for the overall management of the building.

This Committee also has the mandate to discuss with the hierarchy, in order to find solutions on the points forming part of the specifications of these technicians.
