As part of the month of October devoted to mental health, FOKAL receives two conferences organized by the Haitian Association of Psychology (AHPSY).

Thursday, October 18 at 5:00 pm Nathalie Coicou, Béatrice Dalencourt Turnier and Katia Hilaire will host a conference on the theme "Violence against women".

Thursday, October 25th, 5:00 pm, Edwige Milien, Marie Carmen Flambert Chery and Jacqueline Baussan will present a conference on the theme "Why consult a psychologist 'Sa m pral chache kay sikolog'."

These conferences aim to raise public awareness on issues that concern us all and to provide scientific, consistent and accessible information on the topics discussed.

Note that the Haitian Association of Psychology offers inter alia interventions on sexuality, learning disorders, difficulties of adolescence, drug addiction, the couple, career guidance etc...
