In addition he announced the reconstruction of 4 high schools in the metropolitan area of Port-au-Prince "New projects will be launched during this school year for 4 high schools whose funds are already available, through the public treasury and financial partners : Lycée Marie Jeanne, Lycée du Cent-Cinquantenaire, Lycée Georges and Antoine Izméry and Lycée Daniel Fignolé."

In addition to the reconstruction of these 4 high schools the Minister Cadet said "Other construction sites should start soon for national schools of Plaisance (North), Clervil Mode (Southeast), the National High School of Perches, High School of Arniquet, of Liancourt, Cavaillon and Corail as part of the Public Investment Program."
