Saturday, as part of the training program on digital productivity tools "Ayitic Goes Global" related to Information Technologies and Communication for Haitian women, initiated by the Latin America and Caribbean Network Information Centre and the International Research and Development Center (IDRC), developed in collaboration with the Haiti School of Infotronics (ESIH) with the support of the Caribbean Open Institute (COI), the second group of 100 women from low-income backgrounds was selected from nearly 200 women candidates. These 100 women were able to participate in the first of two days of integration to familiarize them with the tools they will have to use for about 12 weeks.

The training will be in hybrid mode, ie partially using the distance learning platform "Hybrid Technology for Education, Science and Knowledge" (THESS) https://www.icihaiti.com/en/news-16710-icihaiti-education-first-haitian-online-education-platform.html and partially in presence through periodic groupings. Each beneficiary will have a tablet that integrates content so that they can work from home by mitigating connectivity and energy issues.
