Saturday, October 27, Pierre Josué Agénor Cadet, the Minister of National Education, was honored by the officials of the Royal University of Haiti for his work, his knowledge and his competence and received during a ceremony a PhD "Honoris Causa" from the Rector of the University.

Attesting that on the report of the Appraisal Commission

Mr. Pierre Josué Agénor Cadet, distinguishing himself in his specialty by his knowledge and competence, fulfills the conditions imposed by the regulations with a view to obtaining the post-graduate diploma devoted to scholarly knowledge, conferring on him the degree of Doctor Honoris Causa of Letters.

In witness whereof, have signed the present diploma bearing the seal of the Royal University of Haiti to serve and assert that of Law.
