Kapi Minthor, the Administrator of the Departmental Directorate Northeast of the Ministry of Public Health was assassinated on the night of Monday to Tuesday, October 30, 2018.

His body was found bleeding near his service vehicle, on the Ti koulin road in a deserted area near Caracol (Northeast) near the campus of the University Henry Christophe.

The death of Kapi Minthor, a highly respected and appreciated person, caused a great stir in the communities he served.

According to a radio station in Port-de-Paix, the National Police of Haiti (PNH) as part of the investigation, would have made arrestS for interrogation of several people to try to discover the motives and circumstances of this murder in order to get hold of the individual (s) responsible for this crime.
