iciHaiti - Port-au-Prince : «November, Ibero-American cinema month»

Embassies from Argentina, Brazil, Cuba, Spain and Mexico launch "November, Ibero-American cinema month in Port-au-Prince". In the coming weeks, in different parts of the Haitian capital, you can enjoy the screening of the participating countries' films.

This event aims to bring Haitians closer to the Ibero-American cinema whose world renown is due to its original form of reproducing stories and retransmitting the reality of the societies on it stages. To allow the Haitian public to enjoy Spanish and Portuguese (thinking especially to students), it is the original films subtitled in French or English, which will be broadcast.

The Argentinean feature film "Nueve Reinas", the Mexican romantic comedy "Enamorarse de Abril", the Spanish thriller "La Isla mínima", the Brazilian social drama "El contador de historias", the Chilean comedy "Vacaciones en familia", the musical comedy Cuban "Salsa", are some of the posters that will be presented in Port-au-Prince during the month of November. These films will be broadcast in several places of the city, such as the Office of the Spanish Cooperation, the Brazilian Cultural Center, Café 36 or the Library Michèle Tardieu.

The program "November, month of the Ibero-American cinema in Port-au-Prince" is available on the social networks of participating embassies.
