iciHaiti - Migration : The Dominican Chancellor favors the respect of the laws rather than the construction of a wall

Earlier this week, Dominican Chancellor Miguel Vargas Maldonado said he respects those who call on the Dominican Government to build a wall on the border between the two countries, while saying that at present, the most important is to favor a Haitian migration committed to the respect of the laws and to the Dominican Constitution.
