To this end, the Principal Commissioner, Gary Verdilus undertakes to answer all the invitations of the Directors and professors of Universities and Professional Schools, to present the "Operational Plan" and to allow the students who follow trainings in Tourism, to have a better knowledge of the work of the PoliTour in the tourism sector since 5 years. Since the end of October, he has already visited Quisqueya University, the CISA Technical and University Training Center and the Technical and Vocational Training Institute (InTec). Principal Commissioner Gary Verdilus points out that these students are the future players in the local tourism industry and that they must be well informed and have access to the reliable data collected by the PoliTour Directorate, data that could help guide students in the labor market or setting up their own business.
