iciHaiti - Sports : Poor state of sports facilities in Ganthier

Edwing Charles, the Minister of Youth and Sports traveled to the commune of Ganthier to meet young people and inspect the sports facilities of this commune.
In an effort to provide recreation and leisure space for Ganthier youth, Minister Charles visited the Ganthier Olympic Park and Campo Field and was amazed at the deplorable state of infrastructure in this border area.
In a series of exchanges, Charles stressed that the authorities are socially accountable to the Haitian youth and that the lack of sports infrastructure prevents young people to flourish more through sport. He said that several infrastructures must be rehabilitated and built in the commune, including the establishment of a sports complex.
