Julio Belliard Peralta, a retired sergeant of the Dominican National Police (PND), who was about to cross the bridge over the river Massacre in the community of Don Miguel, was attacked by 3 armed Haitians.
The victim said that 3 Haitians armed with revolvers threatened him, beat him in the head and forced him off his TVS "Apache" motorcycle before fleeing with his motorcycle to Haiti.
