Edwing Charles, the Minister of Youth and Sports and Civic Action met last December at the Center Polyvalent Training of Croix-des-Bouquets, the heads of the centers and parks of the country for a training of 4 days on the management of sports infrastructure in Haiti.

Some fifty representatives of the various departmental departments took part in this training prepared and led by the Directorate of Physical and Sports Activities, during which were discussed :

- The basic principles of modern sports infrastructure management;
- The organization and management of sports events;
- sports marketing;
- Maintenance and maintenance of sports facilities.

In his speech, Minister Charles presenting these sports facilities as privileged places to start building social cohesion said "I believe that sport can pacify the country and can allow us to perform miracles" underlining that he considered the leaders of Centers as important actors, both to manage the sports infrastructure effectively and to create proximity with young people.
