Jean Hilbert Lebrun acting Secretary General of the Presidency informs "With reference to the Decree of 23 May 1989 in its articles 1 and 2 determining, besides the National Holidays, more precisely the Legal Holidays, the General Secretariat of the Presidency reminds public servants and the private sector that Public Administration, Trade, Industry and Schools will not work on Monday 4 March 2019 from noon and on Tuesday 5 March, all over extent of the national territory."
