All companies that settle in one of the following 5 free zones in Haiti: SHODECOSA (Saline), the Palmiers (Thorland 65, Carrefour) SIDSA (Tabarre), Hispaniola (Cité Soleil) and Digneron (Croix-des-Bouquets) automatically benefit from tax benefits.

In the industrial parks : Metropolitan Industrial Park (Port-au-Prince), North Industrial Park (Caracol), Lafito Industrial Park and free zone (RN #1) and Transact SA (Fleuriau, Tabarre), the tax benefits are not granted automatically, companies must apply for the tax benefits themselves and the Investment Facilitation Center (CFI) in Haiti is there to guide investors in their efforts.
