iciHaiti - Accident : First victims of the black market, 2 people burned alive 16/09/2019 08:59:48
The driver of the motorcycle Rony Marcelin and his passenger had just bought several plastic container of fuel for the black market including of Cap-Haitien. According to witnesses, under the shock there was an explosion and the cans of petrol instantly turned the motorcycle into a blaze. The motorcycle driver, father of three, died alive and his badly burned passenger, in critical condition, died shortly after arriving at the hospital. The Board of the Communal Section, deplores the deaths of these two people, victims of the shortage of fuel caused by the lack of leadership and foresight of the State. S/ iciHaiti
