iciHaiti - Politic : The FNE and the World Bank successfully end a year of collaboration

The National Education Fund (FNE) and the World Bank (WB) have ended their workshops on Results-Based Management (RBM). Joseph Frantz Nicolas, Director General of the FNE, speaking during the last working session, underlined how this collaboration was enriching insofar as it contributed to the administrative start of the institution "We learned a lot and thanks to the different operations generated by the implementation of IRR, we know better how to go about getting around certain difficulties."
As a reminder, the first workshops were carried out between 18 and 22 March 2019 https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-27291-haiti-economy-world-bank-support-mission-to-the-national-fund-for-education.html around the RBM model. This exercise led to the implementation of a set of Quick Result Initiatives. The follow-up sessions were led, throughout the year, by videoconference by Benjamina Randrianarivelo, a World Bank monitor.
