Sunday May 17, 6 months after its creation, the Central Committee of the Haitian National Police union (SPNH-17) composed of 17 members was installed in the absence of Yanick Joseph due to illness.

Note that in a letter sent last week to the Director of Immigration and Immigration, Me Gulmail Nicolas, Substitute for the Government Commissioner of Port-au-Prince, asks him to pass instructions so that Yanick Joseph is prohibited from leave the territory by air, sea and land.
