Several Haitian and international artists will participate in this event including: Elida Almeida (Cape Verde), Linda Isabelle François (Haiti), Pierre Kwenders (Congo), Winston McAnuff & FixI (Jamaica / France), Leyla McCalla (Haiti-USA), Émeline Michel (Haiti), Beethova Obas (Haiti), RAM (Haiti) and Donaldzie Théodore (Haiti). This Special Music Festival event is to be followed on the Facebook pages of Akoustik Prod and Rencontres des Musiques du Monde, on those of our partners : FOKAL and Institut Français in Haiti, as well as on partner platforms : Chokarella, Digicel, Loop Haiti, Ted Actu, Ticket Magazine. The Fête de la Musique is usually at the heart of the World Music Meetings calendar, while this year the Krik Krak festival had planned to close its 7th edition on the same day (June 21). Following the postponement of the two festivals due to the state of health emergency declared in Haiti, the organizers decided to offer their respective audiences an urban, audiovisual and virtual immersion to celebrate this international holiday.
