Monday in the Raboteau neighborhood (Gonaïves) around 2:00 am at the corner of Clergeau and Polpond streets, Richet Auguste aka "Ti tcho" former parliamentary police officer, opposition political activist and Leader of a gang operating in Raboteau was shot several times by unidentified individuals.
