Monday, June 22, representatives of the Conference of Rectors and Presidents of Universities and Institutions of Higher Education Haitian (CORPUHA) officially signed a framework agreement with the Ministry of the Environment to allow to develop collaborations with several partner structures of the Civil Society

This signing took place in the presence in particular of Abner September, the Minister of the Environment, its Director General Astrel Joseph and its Director of Cabinet Régine Abrham as well as Fritz Deshommes, President of CORPUHA and its Executive Secretary Edgard Previllon.

The signing of this framework agreement should encourage exchanges between partner institutions on questions relating to higher education and training in connection with environmental management and likely to contribute to the strengthening of the training program for students in different related scientific and technical disciplines and must also contribute to strengthening the training offer and improving the quality of training in disciplines and fields related to environmental management.

This agreement also opens the way to several research opportunities for students from CORPUHA member institutions, especially those relating to projects carried out by the Ministry at the experimental sites and offices of the Ministry.
