Thursday July 16 Myriam Jean, the Minister of Tourism held a working meeting with Alejandro Varela, Assistant Director for the Americas within the World Tourism Organization (WTO)...

On the agenda, technical cooperation was discussed through assistance to the Ministry of Tourism and the strengthening of links between the two institutions.

This meeting was also an opportunity for Minister Jean to discuss with Varela the post-Covid relaunch of tourist activities in Haiti.

At the end of this meeting, they agreed to continue discussions in order to develop projects aimed at reviving the tourism sector in Haiti...
