He said that this new plan provides, among other things, for the strengthening of police patrols on several axes of the metropolitan area of ​​Port-au-Prince in order to prevent acts of crime and banditry.

In addition, he took the opportunity to deny the allegations and rumors suggesting that the police "are absent" in certain places at certain hours of the night affirming that "the Police rely on a dissuasive method" for the collective common good.
