For the first 21 days of July, 8 cases of rape were recorded, including 7 involving minors.

He mentioned in particular the arrest on July 17 by the Brigade for the Protection of Minors of St-Clair Lionel, 63, at avenue Pouplard, for having sexually abused his daughter since she was 8 years old and who is currently 17 years old. The minor's mother was also arrested for complicity.
