iciHaiti - Diplomacy : New Dominican Consul General in Haiti

Tuesday, the new President of the Dominican Republic Luis Abinader, appointed (decree 354-20) Émmanuel Bautista as Consul General of the Dominican Republic in Haiti. He replaces Francisco Gustavo Lembert Canó in this post.

Émmanuel Bautista was born on December 25, 1978 in the municipality of Moca, (Province of Espaillat). He is the son of Andrés Bautista García and Nuris del Carmen Taveras de Bautista. Emmanuel Bautista is the Secretary General of the Dominican Revolutionary Party (PRD) of the municipality of Moca.

Bautista studied Business Administration at the Technological University of Santiago.
