Saturday August 22, at the Cabaret Public Market, as part of Operation "Terminator 1", the Central Directorate of Judicial Police (DCPJ) arrested Rock Saint-Hilaire, a member of the "Miami blue" Gang.

He was actively wanted by the Bureau of Criminal Affairs (BAC) for his alleged involvement in the shooting assassination of Jean Adan Séraphin on May 29, 2020 in Cabaret. He is also part of a gang called "Miami Bleu".

He is currently being kept at the DCPJ for legal proceedings.

Note that Rock Saint-Hilaire is the father of Wagner St-Hilaire, a life sentenced.
