As part of the "Operation Terminator 1" launched on August 7 by Rameau Normil, Director General ai of the Haitian National Police (PNH), Oblin Balthazar was arrested Thursday August 20 in Jacmel as part of the investigation into the villainous murder of Amine Brun Zenny, a notable of Jacmel, lawyer, teacher (60 years of career) and former director of Lycée Celie Lamour https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-31449-haiti-news-zapping.html

The main suspect in the murder, James Civil, arrested on August 17 by the police, had denounced Oblin Balthazar as one of his two accomplices, during his interrogation by the Departmental Service of Judicial Police (SDPJ) of South East.

Let's recall that the former Senator and businessman Edwin Zenny offered a premium of 5 million Gourdes to anyone who can identify the killer of his aunt Amine Zenny.
