On Wednesday the new Dominican President Luis Abinader appointed 9 new consuls including 2 in Haiti.

This are José Altagracia Valenzuela Arias, Consul of the Dominican Republic in Ounaminthe, replacing Miguel Angel Núñez.

And Cecilia Vidalia Rollins Tolentino, Consul of the Dominican Republic in Anse-à-Pitres, replacing Máximo Feliz.
